Processing of Personal Information
Pursuant to Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Information (LOPD), the information provided by the User will be stored in an automated file which will be processed for the stated purposes only. The information is gathered on special forms which will only contain the fields that are absolutely necessary to provide the service requested by the User.
All personal information will be treated with the appropriate level of protection, pursuant to Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11 June, taking the safety measures necessary to prevent any alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access by third parties who may use the information for purposes other than those for which it was requested of the User. If a decision is made to transfer the personal information to other entities, the User will be informed in detail of the purpose of the file, the information involved, and the name and address of the assignee in order to give his/her
unequivocal consent in this regard.
Finally, the User may exercise his/her right to oppose, access, rectify and cancel the information, in compliance with the provisions of the LOPD, or simply for any question or personal
